I want to transform the everyday into subjects and discover its aesthetics – including objects or subjects that would not traditionally be described as “beautiful”. I primarily photograph in urban spaces, and I am fascinated by subjects in commercial and industrial areas, abandoned buildings and in the city itself. I explore urban landscape and (relatively new) street photography, and I also like to take objects out of their context and present them as abstract subjects, playing with colors, lines, textures and shadows.
